He holds a B.Sc. in Physics from Gujarat University, a PG Diploma in Computer Science from Gujarat University Ahmedabad, and an MBA in Marketing from IGNOU (part-time). Currently serving as Collector since 9 April 2025, Bhatt has previously held positions including Managing Director and Additional Superintendent of Stamps. He is proficient in Gujarati and continues to serve in the IAS.
