T Vijayakumar, born on September 9, 1956, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1983 Andhra Pradesh cadre. He holds a B.Sc. (Hons) in Physics, an MBA in Business Administration, and a Certificate in Computer Technology. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Assistant Collector, Sub Collector, District Collector, Managing Director, Secretary, Joint Secretary, Additional Secretary, Director General, and Special Officer. His most recent position was Special Chief Secretary in the Personnel and Administrative Reforms Department, starting April 15, 2015. He also held roles such as State Project Coordinator and Officer on Special Duty to Minister.
