T V S N Prasad, born on 14 October 1964, is a retired IAS officer from the 1988 Haryana cadre. He holds a B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, a PG Diploma in Public Policy and Management, and an M.P.A. in Economics from Harvard University. Throughout his career with the Government of Haryana, he served in various capacities including Deputy Director, Additional Chief Secretary, Joint Secretary, Principal Secretary, Director General, and Deputy Commissioner. He was appointed Chief Secretary to the Government of Haryana on 1 April 2024. He received the Best District Collector award for achieving the country's lowest population growth rate.
