T Shubhamangala, born on 15 November 1983, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2018 Rajasthan cadre. She holds an M.B.B.S. and an M.D. in Obstetrics and Gynaecology from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Karnataka. Currently serving as the Additional Mission Director at the National Health Mission in Jaipur since 31 January 2025, she has previously held the position of IAS Probationer. She continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
