T Sham Bhatt, born on December 8, 1956, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1992 Karnataka cadre. He holds a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering and an LL.B. in Law. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Commissioner, Executive Member, Director, Deputy Commissioner, Chief Executive Officer, and Joint Commissioner. His most recent position was Principal Secretary in the Co-operation Department of Karnataka, commencing on June 21, 2016. Mr. Bhatt's extensive experience spans multiple administrative roles within the state government.
