T Satyanarayana Rao, born on March 16, 1954, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1989 batch, Andhra Pradesh cadre. Over his career, he held various positions including District Collector and Magistrate, Joint Secretary, Additional Secretary, Director, Administrator, Additional Commissioner, Secretary to Commissioner, Joint Executive Officer, Joint Collector, Managing Director, Development Commissioner, and Secretary. His most recent role was Managing Director of the Andhra Pradesh State Financial Corporation from January 4, 2012, to March 31, 2014. Rao served in multiple capacities within the Andhra Pradesh government before retiring from service.
