T R Raghunandan, born on October 6, 1959, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1983 Karnataka cadre. He holds degrees in Zoology and Law, including an M.B.L. in Business Law from the National Law School of India, Bangalore. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities such as Joint Secretary, Principal Secretary, Secretary, Managing Director, Administrator, Director, Additional Secretary, Chairman and Managing Director, Deputy Secretary, Chief Secretary, Deputy Commissioner, Joint Director, and Assistant Commissioner. His most recent position was Joint Secretary from December 19, 2008, to March 1, 2010.
