T N Ramanathan, born on January 17, 1953, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1991 Tamil Nadu cadre. He holds an M.B.A. in Business Administration, a postgraduate degree in Commerce, and an LL.B. in Law. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Commissioner, Secretary, Managing Director, Chairman, Special Secretary, Joint Commissioner, Director, Controller, District Collector, and Additional Collector. His most recent position was Commissioner in the Medical Health and Family Welfare Department from November 26, 2011, to January 31, 2013.
