T Mukhtamba, born on 17 December 1946, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1987 batch of the Karnataka cadre. She served in various capacities including Joint Director, Additional Registrar Director, Project Director, Managing Director, Additional Secretary, Deputy Commissioner, Joint Secretary, Secretary, and Chief Secretary. Her most recent position was Joint Secretary Director at Bangalore, Karnataka, in the Department of Personnel and Administrative Reforms from September to December 2006. Throughout her career, she contributed to multiple administrative roles within the Karnataka government before retiring from service.
