Additional Chief Secretary to Government, Personnel and Administrative Reforms Department, Karnataka
T M Vijay Bhaskar, born on 28 December 1960, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1983 Karnataka cadre. He holds an MBA in Business Administration from the University of Birmingham and a postgraduate degree in Economics from Birla Institute of Technology & Science. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Additional Chief Secretary, Development Commissioner, Principal Secretary, Secretary, Commissioner, and Deputy Commissioner. His most recent position was Additional Chief Secretary to Government at Karnataka in the Personnel and Administrative Reforms Department, starting from 28 November 2017.
