Currently serving as the Deputy Commissioner at Shivalli, Rajathadri, Manipal Udupi, Karnataka since June 18, 2025, he has previously held the position of Chief Executive Officer. Swaroopa continues to contribute to the administrative framework of Karnataka through his ongoing service.
