T K Ponnusamy, born on June 5, 1953, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1999 batch of the Tamil Nadu cadre. During his career, he held various positions including Commissioner Director, Joint Secretary, and Director in the Economics and Statistics Department. He served as Director from March 4, 2013, to June 30, 2013. His tenure in the IAS was marked by his contributions within the Tamil Nadu cadre until his retirement.
