T K Manoj Kumar, born on 30 October 1961, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1987 Kerala cadre. He holds a B.Tech. degree in Mechanical Engineering. Throughout his career, he has held numerous positions including District Collector, Director, Secretary, Principal Secretary, Joint Secretary, Additional Secretary, and Commissioner. His most recent role was Special Secretary in the Food- Public Distribution and Consumer Affairs Department from 13 December 2019 to 31 October 2021. He has also served as Secretary to the Chief Minister and Executive Vice President. His extensive service reflects a diverse administrative experience across various government departments.
