T K Ghosh, born on 21 November 1946, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1983 Bihar cadre. He held the position of Divisional Commissioner from 13 December 2004 to 30 November 2006. His most recent role was Director of Census Operations in the Land Revenue Department. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including District Collector and Magistrate, Managing Director, Secretary, Deputy Development Commissioner, and Chief Officer. He holds postgraduate qualifications in Chemistry, Management, and Business Administration.
