T K Bhattcharya, born on January 1, 1940, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1987 batch, West Bengal cadre. A graduate by education, he served in various capacities including Additional District Magistrate and Director in the Information and Broadcasting Department. His most recent position was Director from July 1, 1996, to December 31, 1997. Throughout his career, Bhattcharya contributed to administrative functions within his cadre until his retirement.
