He holds a graduate degree and has served in various capacities, including Additional Commissioner, CEO, and Project Officer. His most recent designation was Managing Director at Nashik, Maharashtra, within the Department of Tribal Affairs. Throughout his career, Bagul contributed to the administration of Maharashtra until his retirement.
