T K Anil Kumar, born on 27 October 1970, is a 1995 batch IAS officer of the Karnataka cadre. He holds a B.Tech. degree and is currently serving as Additional Secretary in the Department of Rural Development, Ministry of Rural Development, New Delhi since 7 January 2025. Throughout his career, he has held various positions including Secretary to Government, Regional Commissioner, Director, Deputy Commissioner, and Principal Secretary. He is proficient in English and Malayalam. Mr. Kumar continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service, contributing to rural development initiatives at the national level.
