T J Naidu, born on August 7, 1944, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1983 Andhra Pradesh cadre. He holds a postgraduate degree in Zoology. Throughout his career, Naidu served in various capacities including Commissioner, Secretary, Secretary to Commissioner, Director, Vice Chairperson, District Collector and Magistrate, Joint Executive Officer, Officer on Special Duty to Minister, Joint Collector, and Project Director. His most recent position was Joint Secretary, held from July 16, 2003, to August 28, 2003. Naidu’s extensive service reflects a diverse administrative experience within the Indian bureaucracy.
