T.H.M. Kumar, born on 16 August 1969, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2008 batch, Karnataka cadre. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree. Currently, he serves as the Registrar at the Department of Cooperative Societies, Karnataka, a position he has held since 9 September 2024. Throughout his career, Kumar has held various key roles, including Commissioner Director, Commissioner, and Managing Director. He continues to serve in the IAS, contributing to the administrative framework of Karnataka.
