T D Gourkhede, born on 22 May 1935, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1980 Madhya Pradesh cadre. He holds postgraduate qualifications in Political Science, along with graduate degrees in Law and Political Science. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Deputy Secretary, District Collector, Administrator, Joint Secretary, Settlement Officer, Additional District Magistrate, Additional Collector, Deputy Collector, and Junior Scale positions. His most recent appointment was as Deputy Secretary in the Department of Home, Madhya Pradesh, from 1 October 1991 to 1 May 1993.
