T C Benjamin, born on 30 September 1953, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1979 Maharashtra cadre. He holds postgraduate degrees in Public Administration and Civil Engineering, along with a graduate degree in Civil Engineering. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Settlement Commissioner, Municipal Commissioner, Secretary, District Collector, Director, Deputy Director, Under Secretary, Additional Collector, and Sub-Divisional Officer. His most recent position was Principal Secretary in the Urban Development Department at Mumbai, Maharashtra.
