T Babu Rao Naidu, born on 20 December 1960, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2005 batch, Andhra Pradesh cadre. Throughout his career, he held various positions including Junior Scale, Assistant Collector & ADM, Deputy Secretary, Vice Chairman, and District Collector and Magistrate. His most recent role was Managing Director at Vishakapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, commencing on 10 May 2018. Mr. Naidu served with dedication in the Andhra Pradesh cadre until his retirement.
