T. AO, born on 26 September 1975, is a 2000 batch Indian Administrative Service officer of the Odisha cadre. He holds a B.A. and M.A. and is proficient in English, Hindi, Nagamese, and Oriya. Throughout his career, he has served in various capacities including Sub Collector, Project Director, District Collector and Magistrate, Deputy Secretary, Director, and Secretary. He also held the position of Revenue Divisional Commissioner (Southern Division). Since 6 January 2025, he has been serving as the Special Secretary in the Planning & Coordination Department of Odisha. He is currently in service.
