Syed Musawwir Ali, born on June 7, 1965, is a male Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2011 batch, serving in the AGMUT cadre. Currently, he holds the position of Special Secretary (Urban Development) and General Manager (DTTDC) in the Government of NCT of Delhi, a role he assumed on October 17, 2024. He continues to serve actively in the Indian Administrative Service.
