Sweta Agarwal, born on June 26, 1987, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2016 batch, West Bengal cadre. She holds a postgraduate degree in Public Policy and Management with a focus on Finance. Currently, she serves as the Director at West Bengal's Social Welfare Department, a position she has held since October 27, 2025. Prior to this role, she was the Additional District Magistrate. Sweta Agarwal continues to contribute to public administration within the state of West Bengal.
