Swati Srivastava Bhadoria, born on 23 August 1987, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2012 batch, Uttarakhand cadre. She holds a B.Tech. in Electronics from UP Technical University and a Certificate Course in French from French Dehradun. Currently, she serves as Additional Secretary in the Governor's Office, Uttarakhand since January 2022. Her past roles include Managing Director, Chief Executive Officer, District Collector and Magistrate, and Joint Secretary. She has received multiple awards, including the Prime Minister's Award for Excellence in Public Administration and the Chief Minister's Award for Women Empowerment and Public Administration. She is proficient in English and Hindi.
