Swati Sheemar, born on January 3, 1997, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2023 batch, assigned to the AGMUT cadre. She holds a B.Tech. in Computer Science from Delhi Technological University and an M.A. in Sociology from Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU). Currently, she serves as the Sub-Divisional Magistrate (SDM) at Ramnagar, Jammu & Kashmir, a position she has held since August 24, 2025. Previously, she worked in the Office of the Deputy Commissioner. Swati Sheemar continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
