Swarnamala Rawla, born on 27 September 1955, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1980 Madhya Pradesh cadre. She holds a B.A. in Philosophy and M.A. degrees in Sociology and Economics. During her career, she served in various capacities including District Collector, Deputy Secretary, Joint Secretary, Secretary, Commissioner, Managing Director, Director, and Member. Her most recent position was Special Commissioner at the Coordination Department, MP Bhavan, New Delhi, under the Ministry of Home Affairs from 10 July 2014 to 30 September 2015.
