Swapnil Ravindra Patil, born on 18 June 1990, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2017 batch, Haryana cadre. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree. Currently, he serves as the Deputy Commissioner at Jhajjar, Haryana, a position he has held since 2 February 2024. Patil continues to be an active member of the IAS, contributing to administrative functions within the Haryana cadre.
