Swapnil Khare, born on 23 June 1992, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2017 batch, Gujarat cadre. He holds a B.Tech. in Civil Engineering from IIT Delhi and a Master of Arts in Public Management from Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi. Currently, he serves as the Municipal Commissioner at Morbi since 3 January 2025, within the Municipal Corporation department. His previous roles include Deputy Municipal Commissioner, District Development Officer, Assistant Collector, Assistant Secretary, and Supernumerary Assistant Collector. He is proficient in Gujarati and continues to serve in the IAS.
