Dr. Swadheen S Kshatriya, born on January 26, 1957, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1980 Maharashtra cadre. He holds a P.G. in Political Science, an LL.B. in Law from the University of Bombay, and an M.Phil. in Public Administration. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Chief Secretary to the Government of Maharashtra in the General Administration Department, Principal Secretary, Municipal Commissioner, and District Collector. His extensive experience spans roles such as Commissioner, General Manager, Vice President, Private Secretary, Deputy Secretary, CEO, and SDO.
