Suthan Abdullah, born on 26 November 1989, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2020 batch, assigned to the Uttar Pradesh cadre. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree. Currently, he serves as the Chief Development Officer at Barabanki, a position he assumed on 31 January 2024. Prior to this, he held the role of Assistant Secretary. Fluent in Hindi, Suthan Abdullah continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
