Susil Kumar Das, born on November 15, 1933, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1983 batch of the Odisha cadre. He holds a postgraduate degree in Physics. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Junior Scale, Under Secretary, S D O, Additional District Magistrate, Managing Director, Project Director, Deputy Secretary, and Joint Secretary. His most recent position was Director in the Health and Family Welfare Department from June 1, 1990, to November 1, 1991.
