Sushil Kumar, an IAS officer of the 2017 Rajasthan cadre, was born on 22 September 1989. He holds a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from MDU, Rohtak, an M.Tech in Production Engineering from IIT Delhi, and a postgraduate degree in Public Policy and Management. His past roles include SDO/SDM and Assistant Secretary. He served as Collector & District Magistrate at Balotra from 5 January 2024 to 26 July 2021. He received a National Level Award for Election Management as Returning Officer during the State Assembly Bye Polls in Rajsamand. He is currently in service.
