Susanta Kumar Sen, born on 23 December 1945, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1988 batch of the West Bengal cadre. He holds a graduate degree in Chemistry and a postgraduate degree in Geology. During his career, he served in various capacities including Special Secretary, Managing Director, Director, and Additional District Magistrate. His most recent position was Additional Commissioner at Kolkata, West Bengal, from 4 November 2004 to 31 December 2005. He was associated with the Health and Family Welfare Department.
