Susanta Kumar Adhikari, born on 22 February 1967, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2011 batch, serving in the West Bengal cadre. He holds a B.A. in English and an M.A. in Rural Development. Currently, he is the Senior Special Secretary in the Home and Hill Affairs Department, a position he has held since 1 January 2024. Mr. Adhikari continues to serve in the IAS, contributing to the administrative framework of West Bengal.
