Surya Pratap Singh, born on November 24, 1996, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2021 batch, serving in the Bihar cadre. He holds a B.A. and M.A. in Political Science from M.J.P. Rohilkhand University, Bareilly. Currently, he is the DDC-cum-CEO at Samastipur, Bihar, a position he has held since January 12, 2026, within the Zila Parishad department. His previous roles include DDC-cum-CEO and Sub-Divisional Magistrate (SDM). Singh continues to serve in the IAS, contributing to administrative functions in Bihar.
