Surya Pandit, born on May 11, 1935, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1983 batch, Punjab cadre. He holds a postgraduate degree in Economics. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Junior Scale, Deputy Secretary, Joint Director, Additional Deputy Commissioner, and Managing Director. His most recent position was Managing Director in the Women and Child Development Department from July 1, 1992, to May 1, 1993.
