Surya Mohan Nautiyal, born on September 1, 1961, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2010 batch, Uttarakhand cadre. He served in the Youth Affairs and Sports Department, holding the position of Additional Secretary from November 15, 2017. Throughout his career, he contributed to the administrative functions within his cadre and department until his retirement.
