Surya Kumar Mishra, born on January 1, 1946, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1989 Bihar cadre. A graduate by education, he served in various capacities including Secretary, Director, District Collector and Magistrate, and Joint Secretary. His most recent position was Deputy Secretary, held from December 13, 2004, to December 31, 2005. Throughout his career, Mishra contributed to the administration of Bihar state before retiring from service.
