Surinder M Dua, born on July 1, 1939, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1983 Punjab cadre. He holds a graduate and postgraduate degree in Economics. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Labour Commissioner, Deputy Secretary, Joint Director, Director, and Joint Secretary.
