Suresh Chandra Dalai, born on January 17, 1964, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2005 batch, serving in the Odisha cadre. He holds a Master of Engineering from IIT Roorkee and a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering. Currently, he is the Revenue Division Commissioner (Northern Division) at Sambalpur, a position he has held since November 12, 2021. His past roles include Commissioner & Secretary. Dr. Dalai continues to serve in the IAS, contributing his expertise to the administration of Odisha.
