Surendra Kumar Meena, born on March 7, 1980, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2012 batch, serving in the Odisha cadre. He holds a B.E. in Electrical Engineering from JNV University, Jodhpur, Rajasthan. Currently, he is the Additional Secretary in the Scheduled Tribe and Scheduled Caste Development Department, Odisha, a position he has held since February 12, 2026. Previously, he served as Additional Secretary to the Government. Mr. Meena is proficient in English, Hindi, and Odia. He continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
