Surendra Kumar Meena, born on March 7, 1980, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2012 batch, Odisha cadre. He holds a B.E. in Electrical Engineering from JNV University, Jodhpur, Rajasthan. Currently, he serves as Additional Secretary in the Scheduled Tribe and Scheduled Caste Development department of Odisha since February 12, 2026. His previous roles include Additional Secretary to the Government and Personal Secretary to the Minister of State. Fluent in English, Hindi, and Odia, Surendra Kumar Meena continues to contribute to public administration in Odisha.
