Surendra Jha, born on March 1, 1961, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2006 batch, Bihar cadre. He served in the Finance Department, holding the position of Secretary from October 1, 2018, to February 28, 2021. Throughout his career, he contributed to the administrative framework of Bihar until his retirement.
