Surendra Gupta, born on May 5, 1971, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1997 batch, West Bengal cadre. He holds graduate, M.Phil., and M.Sc. degrees. Currently serving as the Principal Secretary in the Public Health Engineering Department since January 1, 2022, he is proficient in English and Hindi. Mr. Gupta continues to serve in his administrative capacity within the state government.
