Surendra Bahadur Singh, born on January 29, 1942, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1986 batch, Uttar Pradesh cadre. A graduate by education, he served in various capacities including District Collector and Magistrate, and Special Secretary. His most recent position was Director in the Personnel and Administrative Reforms Department from July 1, 2001, to January 31, 2002. Throughout his career, Singh contributed to the administrative framework of Uttar Pradesh before retiring from service.
