Surbhi Singla, born on 13 August 1995, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2022 batch, allocated to the West Bengal cadre. She holds a B.Tech. degree. Currently, she serves as the Sub-Divisional Officer (SDO) at Haldia, Purba Medinipur, a position she has held since 30 March 2026. Her previous roles include serving as an SDO and Officer on Special Duty (OSD). Surbhi Singla continues to be in service, contributing to administrative functions within her cadre.
