Suralkar Vikas Kishor, born on 17 May 1987, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2012 batch, Karnataka cadre. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from Government College of Engineering, Amravati. Currently, he serves as the Commissioner in the School Education Department, Karnataka, a position he has held since 6 October 2025. His previous roles include Chief Executive Officer and Special Commissioner in Health and Education. Proficient in English, Marathi, and Kannada, Suralkar continues to contribute to public administration in Karnataka.
