Sunny Kumar Singh, born on January 7, 1991, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2018 batch, serving in the AGMUT cadre. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Delhi. Currently, he is the Deputy Commissioner and District Magistrate of New Delhi, a position he has held since February 16, 2026. Previously, he served as Deputy Commissioner of New Delhi and as Officer on Special Duty to the Chief Secretary. He continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
