Sunny Kumar Singh, born on January 7, 1991, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2018 batch, serving in the A G M U T cadre. Currently, he is the Deputy Commissioner and District Magistrate of New Delhi since February 16, 2026. His previous roles include Deputy Commissioner of New Delhi, Officer on Special Duty to the Chief Secretary, and Additional District Commissioner. He has been recognized with a State Gold Medal for implementing the New Age Learning Center initiative. He continues to serve in the IAS.
