Sunny Kumar Singh, born on January 7, 1991, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2018 batch, serving in the AGMUT cadre. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Delhi. Currently, he is the Deputy Commissioner and District Magistrate of New Delhi, a position he has held since February 16, 2026. His previous roles include Deputy Commissioner (New Delhi), Officer on Special Duty to the Chief Secretary, and Additional District Commissioner. He has been recognized with a State Gold Medal for his work on the New Age Learning Center (NALC) initiative.
