Sunil Kumar Singh, born on 25 May 1959, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1983 Bihar cadre. A graduate in Electronics, he served in various capacities including Chairman and Member, Additional Secretary and Financial Advisor, Commissioner, Principal Secretary, Chief Vigilance Officer, Joint Secretary, Secretary, Director, Managing Director, Deputy Divisional Commissioner, Under Secretary, and Sub-Divisional Officer. His most recent position was Agricultural Production Commissioner in the Agriculture Department from 23 May 2018 to 19 July 2018. Throughout his career, he contributed to multiple departments within the Bihar cadre before retiring from service.
